Terms of service

These terms apply to all purchases on valeryash.art.

Seller

Iuliia Ilkevich, sole trader (individual activity, Lithuania), Žirmūnų g. 100-96, LT-09121 Vilnius, Lithuania, valeryash.art@gmail.com. The artworks are by the artist Valery ASH.

Products

We sell prints, postcards, stickers, original artworks and digital artbooks. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the printed item. Original artworks are unique; small marks of the handmade process are part of them.

Orders and prices

Prices are in euros. The seller is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. Shipping is shown at checkout. The contract is concluded when you receive our order confirmation email. If an item turns out to be out of stock, we will tell you and refund it in full.

Payment

You can pay with the methods shown at checkout. We ship after the payment is received.

Copyright

All images and artworks on this site belong to Valery ASH. Buying a print, postcard or artbook gives you the item for personal use, not the right to copy, reproduce or sell the image.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.

Disputes

Lithuanian law applies. If something went wrong, please write to us first; we will try to solve it quickly. Consumers can also turn to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (vvtat.lt).

Changes

We may update these terms; the version shown when you placed your order applies to that order.
