  • Messages you send us.
  • If you subscribe: your email for the newsletter.
  • Technical data from your visit (device, browser, pages viewed), collected by Shopify and, if you agree in the cookie banner, by analytics and advertising tools.

We never see or store your full card number: payments are processed by PayPal and by Shopify's payment service.

Why we use it

  • To process, ship and support your order (contract).
  • To keep accounting records required by Lithuanian law (legal obligation).
  • To send newsletters, only if you subscribed (consent; unsubscribe any time from any email).
  • To understand how the store is used and improve it (consent via cookies).

Who receives it

  • Shopify, which hosts the store.
  • PayPal and Shopify Payments, which process payments.
  • Lietuvos paštas (Lithuanian Post), which delivers your order, and customs authorities for parcels outside the EU.
  • Meta (Instagram, Facebook) and similar services, only if you allowed advertising cookies.

Some of these companies process data outside the EU. They do so under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records: 10 years, as required for accounting in Lithuania. Messages: up to 3 years after the last contact. Newsletter email: until you unsubscribe.
