Right of withdrawal

You can return any physical item within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This includes original artworks and sale items.

How to return

1. Write to valeryash.art@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the items you are returning.
2. Send the items back within 14 days after writing to us, unused and in their original condition, well packed so they are not bent.
3. Return postage is paid by you. We recommend registered mail.

Refund

We refund the price of the returned items and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving the return, to the same payment method you used. If you return only part of an order, the shipping cost is not refunded.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If something arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, write to us within 14 days of delivery and attach a photo. Please send the item back; we pay the return postage. Once it arrives, we send a replacement or give a full refund, including the original shipping.

Digital products

PDF artbooks are delivered as a download. By completing the order you agree that delivery starts immediately, and you lose the right of withdrawal once the download link is sent. If a file does not open or is incomplete, write to us and we will fix it or refund you.
