Shipping policy

We ship from Vilnius, Lithuania, with Lietuvos paštas (Lithuanian Post).

Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 7 business days after payment, unless the product page says otherwise. The store is run by one person: if we are away, a notice on the site says so, and the dates in that notice apply. If an item needs more time, we will write to you before the deadline.

Rates

Free shipping on all orders of 50 EUR or more, to any country.

Below 50 EUR:

• Europe: 6 EUR without tracking, 9 EUR registered mail with tracking
• USA: 15 EUR, LP Express with tracking
• Australia: 14 EUR without tracking, 15 EUR registered mail
• Rest of the world: 15 EUR without tracking, 20 EUR registered mail

Delivery time

Usually 5–14 business days within Europe and 10–30 business days to the rest of the world. These are the post's estimates, not guarantees; delays happen, especially before holidays.

Tracking

For registered mail and LP Express we send the tracking number by email when the parcel leaves. Mail without tracking has no number.

Lost or late parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 30 days (Europe) or 45 days (other countries), write to us. We will open a search with the post office and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement or refund your order in full.

Customs

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by the destination country. They are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient.

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel returns to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will resend it after you pay the shipping again.
